A couple of people have contacted us about the final beta result, and we can confirm that if you didn’t receive an individual email from us about your result, you have passed.
We will issue credentials to all successful candidates on February 19th, the certification launch day.

We are reaching out to the engineering managers across all the companies who took part in the beta to share how many people on their teams passed or didn’t pass.
We’ve also now contacted everyone who didn’t pass to share their detailed score breakdowns directly with them.
For those who didn’t pass this time, we’ll issue open‑ended vouchers when the exam launches so they can retake it at no cost.
For those who did pass, congratulations. Your credentials will be issued on February 19th the launch day.
Please hold off sharing news publicly about your new credential until then.
Also, please continue to keep an eye on this notice board, because after the launch on the 19th we’ll be sharing a look back at the beta, the lessons we’ve learned, and how we’re acting on your feedback.

We have completed the final psychometric phase, and have re-scored the beta exam results against the final version of the exam. We will let our beta testers know the final pass/fail individually within the next couple of days.
Our next steps are: to test the flow of the final production exam and to finish configuring the digital credential platform so that we can issue you your credentials in time for the public launch. The credential directory portal will work like this one for Stripe.
We are on track for launching the credential on February 19th with a marketing push.
Please hold off sharing news publicly about your new credential until we do the public launch.

The beta testing period concluded on 18th January, and we’ve now moved into the final psychometric phase of exam development. This stage will take approximately two weeks.
During this time, we’re also working through all the feedback submitted through question comments, survey responses, and email.
We’ll share an update in February on the status of final scoring, ahead of sending individual result emails to everyone who participated in the beta. Thank you all for your time, effort, and thoughtful feedback.
If you have any further feedback, or any questions, please feel free to contact us.

We’ve had a report of a voucher being inactive. We’re looking into this with our assessment partner Kryterion with high priority. Please contact us if you experience the same issue. EDIT: issue is resolved.

It’s fantastic to see so many people taking the beta exam. Once you finish, we’ll send your raw beta score to the email address you used during registration.
Your raw result will differ from your final score. Once all candidates have completed the exam, we’ll run several psychometric analyses. After those are complete, we’ll rescore your exam and send you your final result.

The Beta exam period has been extended until the 18th January.
